As a Colorado floral designer, nature is my ultimate muse.

I’m drawn to flowers for the way they behave when they’re allowed to be themselves: opening, leaning, bending toward the light, and changing as the day unfolds.

At MJM Designs, that love of flowers is supported by a trusted team that helps bring each celebration to life with care and consistency. I remain closely involved in the creative direction, so the work feels personal, connected, and true to the way the flowers naturally want to move.

Hi, I’m Mandy…

… the Denver wedding florist behind MJM Designs, a studio that began as the lovechild of an art degree and a flower shop job. I never imagined it would grow into my own business, which has been thriving for over a decade.

What first drew me in was the chance to make something by hand. What keeps me inspired now is working with couples and clients to create flowers that feel personal and full of life.

When I’m not designing flowers, you’ll find me scrolling Pinterest for floral design, creative inspiration, and new recipes, tending to my garden, growing cut flowers to brighten the kitchen table, or making memories with my young family.

 

How I approach the work.

I’ll work closely with you, your planner, and the wider creative team to shape a floral direction that feels personal to your celebration. That might mean refining the palette, adding a floral element you hadn’t considered, or finding the right balance between statement pieces and smaller details.

My role is to bring creative ideas to the table while keeping the process straightforward and well prepared. Clear communication, honest guidance, and careful planning are part of the work, so there are no surprises beyond the happy ones.
