Does the idea of figuring out a color palette, figuring out where flowers should be placed, or who gets a boutonnière stress you out? Let me help you figure it all out with our full-service floral design package. Where as this is most likely your first time planning a wedding, I have created flowers for LOTS of weddings and events! It’s actually my favorite thing ever!

First, I’m sure you’re wondering what “full-service floral design” includes:

  • In depth planning & design

  • A mood board

  • Carefully sourced product, most likely from local Colorado flower farms

  • Sustainable design

  • Deliver, setup and installation

  • Flip and/or ceremony clean up and repurposing

  • Strike - coming back after the reception to clean up our rentals and decor

 
 

Below is a rough timeline that you will experience while working with MJM Designs.

1. Inquire

First step to get things started is to complete the questionnaire so that I can learn more about your needs and wants for your wedding day flowers, via the link below. After I receive more details about your wedding and [crossing fingers] I am available for your date, we will schedule a discovery call together. During peak season (May through October) I require a minimum flower order of $10k. (Delivery and setup would be additional.)

2. Discovery Call

Every proposal is custom tailored to your event. If I feel like the right fit for your wedding, let's find a time to talk so that I can learn more about your dream floral vision! Together we will look through your inspiration photos and chat about the wedding day details. If there are items or aspects that have not yet been figured out - no problem! We can always add them in later.

I love working with stunning flowers, especially local ones. Depending on the time of year, I use premium blooms which might include: peonies, dahlias, garden roses, anemones, ranunculus, and the like. Greenery choices will also be seasonal and will compliment the tones and needs of your chosen color scheme & venue surroundings.


3. Proposal

After our call, I will create an overall visual proposal that will include inspirational photos, brief descriptions of the items you want, and a summary of cost. Once you review and approve the proposal let’s get your wedding date on my calendar!

3. Choosing MJM

With a signed contract and a 20% initial payment, your wedding date is on my calendar. Now I am here 100% for you! At this point I will send you a detailed proposal lining out everything in detail and work with your planner to create a cohesive event between linens, candles, vases, etc.

4. The In-between

Once your date is secured on my calendar; I am available via email for any questions or changes to your proposal. If you prefer a phone call, please inform me prior so we can set up a time to connect. Part of working with MJM Designs also includes one in-person meeting which could be a mock up if you select to have one.
I will also communicate with your wedding planner and venue manager to ensure I am up-to-date & informed with the day-of timeline, as well as coordinate with them and other wedding professionals to make everything happen as smooth as possible!


5. The Day of

On the day-of your wedding, my team will handle the delivery, set up and setup of your floral decor. We will also come back after the reception to clean our items up. I don’t want you or your family to lift a finger! I want everyone to be able to be totally present in your celebration, knowing that your vendor team is taking care of everything behind the scenes.
